I have officially begun my big city adventure in Dallas, TX. This move has been a long time coming and while the road has been difficult, the growing excitement that befits a true adventure has won out. The past four months of running my business in my hometown of Amarillo gave me insight that I would have missed out on if everything had gone according to my plan. (which, in itself, is another great lesson in life). People of Amarillo who gave me the opportunity to work on you; I salute you. Many of you came not knowing at all what to expect but you knew you needed something. Your body was crying out and you listened. May you always listen.
Now I am in a strange city with new faces and thousands of possibilities. I am listening. Which way do I go? What should I do? Who will I come to know? My hope is that I can be of service to those in the area who need relief.
Each new day will be an experience to treasure.
