How to Relieve Constipation

Constipation is no fun but I don't have to tell you that. Almost anyone knows what it's like to not have things moving along but few of us are equipped with the knowledge to help ourselves. Reflexology can help relieve constipation. Working the large intestine and colon reflex points in the left foot is simple. In the video below, I show the path of the large intestine to the colon on the left foot. Watch carefully the direction in which I thumb walk. This is very important! If you go the wrong way, things could get more backed up. My starting position is  at the large intestine and ends at the colon. Notice how I go back over the colon twice in that same direction. The more you work this area, in this direction, the better. Stay in a spot if you find that it is tender.

I know your are jumping up and down right now with excitement. "Finally, relief!" you say to yourself. Please remember if you don't take care of yourself, reflexology will not be able to help you. The key to healing is taking care of your body, mind, and soul.
